Visit WriteOn Joliet at Kids Fest on Saturday and Take Some Words Home!

So the rescheduled Kids Fest os happening Saturday!

And once again, storms are in the forecast.

So please send some good thoughts those storms will move out by Saturday. We are really excited at participating in this event for the third year in a row!

The event will take place from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday at the City Square in Downtown Joliet

Activities include magic shows, pony rides, inflatable slide, and free entertainment by vendors, including WriteOn Joliet.

WriteOn Joliet's booth will be just outside the City Square, on Clinton Street, in between the Joliet Public Library and the pony rides. So you can't miss us!

Here are five reasons you should stop and see us!

1. We will give way approximately 613-plus books for children and adults written by WriteOn Joliet atuthors, all packed up, counted, and ready to go in my new basement. 

2. We will have FREE bookmarks to color on site or at home.

3. We will distribute FREE copies of our shoe anthology (while supplies last)

4. We will distribute information on our wonderful sponsors who supported this literary effort.

5. You get to play with our, unique-to-WriteOn Joliet word blocks! Kids and adults alike can manipulate our double-sided blocks to create fun sentences and simple short stories. You might not want to stop at just one sentence.
