Sue's Diner: Tiger Brownies

This week's recipe is for Tiger Brownies, which we make every year for Timothy's birthday on September 8 (his nickname as a baby was "Tiger Tim" and we signed his name on greeting cards next to a little paw print).

I found this recipe years ago in one of those little cookbooks one could buy on the rack near the checkout line in groceries stories. Rebekah has perfected the version, and she makes them every year.
