Sue's Diner: Miniature Muffins (Blueberry and Chocolate)

This week's recipe is for two types of miniature muffins, blueberry and chocolate, which Rebekah made this past weekend for Joshua (a single dad) and his three children for easy, mostly healthy snacks.
