So I was going through my drafts today (and I have some going back to 2011), and I came across this one: Story Round-Up: Features in The Herald-News, Dec. 19 through Jan. 2.
Yes, I was on vacation at that time, celebrating the holidays and breaking my toe, and I had forgotten to share this post.
So I'm sharing it today - if you're curious what ran in The Herald-News at this time.
And before I forget something else, here's my plug for Calkins Day this Saturday.
If you have an hour to spare (7 to 8 p.m. Feb. 13 CST), please help celebrate the accomplishment of a dyslexic writer who finally saw his dream come true - writing a publishing a book.
We will have REAL FOOD (if you have a few common ingredients handy) and time for questions.
The event is free.
Don't forget! (wink)
