Sue's Diner: Salmon Dip

Here's a recipe that "feels" as if it should come right out of the haunted waters of Lake Munson and onto your plate at Sue's Diner.

It's simply called "salmon dip" and Rebekah created it a few years ago.

This recipe for salmon dip is not featured in any of the BryonySeries cookbooks, including Memories in the Kitchen: Bites and Nibbles from "Bryony," which is a permanent fundraiser for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Will and Grundy Counties and features all the recipes referenced in the novel Bryony. 

However, you can try this recipe for Rebkah's salmon dip on the Sue's Diner page on the BryonySeries website. 

But try the recipe this week. It will be gone next week. A new recipe will take it's place.
