Sue's Diner: Guinness Beef Stew

I love Guinness. And one day, I hope to try the non-alcoholic version. Because of medication I take, I can't drink (or eat) anything with alcohol in it anymore.

However, that didn't stop us from developing recipes using Guinness for other people to enjoy. Here is one recipe we've prepared that I'd like to try with non-alcoholic Guinness: Guinness Beef Stew.

This recipe for Guinness Stew not featured in any of the BryonySeries cookbooks, including Memories in the Kitchen: Bites and Nibbles from "Bryony," which is a permanent fundraiser for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Will and Grundy Counties and features all the recipes referenced in the novel Bryony.

But try it this week. It will be gone next week. A new recipe will take it's place.
