Lemon Drop Cakes
3 heaping tablespoonfuls of sifted white sugar
1 tablespoon sifted flour
3 lemons, grated rinds only
1 egg white, well-beaten
Mix ingredients together. Drop on buttered paper and bake in
a moderate oven.
