Fish Salad
Cold, diced fish
Anchovies or capers
Sliced potatoes
Sliced red beets
Desired dressing
Mix the diced meat with anchovies or capers, place a layer
of potatoes and beets over a layer of meat, then pour over all the desired
dressing.
