Rebekah really loves ice cream cakes. So for her thirtieth birthday on January 7, Timothy spent the evening of January fifth making her a special one.
So with using a combination of homemade and commercially prepared ingredients, Timothy created this very special ice cream cake.
Perhaps because we were expecting approximately twenty guests for our combination Old Calendar Christmas/Rebekah's birthday celebration, Daniel instructed Timothy to :make it big."
So Timothy did.
We will be eating ice cream cake for a long time.
