Becoming Bertrand

More than a decade ago, my oldest daughter Sarah suggested I take a red herring from one of the early BryonySeries books and give him his own identity.

At the time, the series was a developing vampire trilogy, and I couldn't envison how I could start a subseries for children and make it fit into the series.

But the development of Bertrand the Mouse led to the creation of a new genre (that's for another post) and an expansion of storylines beyond the original concept that's been super fun to explore.

So for readers new to Bertrand the Mouse, and for readers who already love him dearly, here are several links that explain who he is and how to make friends with him.

Enjoy the adventure!
