Codfish
Boiled potatoes, mashed
Codfish, cooked and mashed
Cream or milk
Lard
Pepper
Mix potatoes and fish together, adding some cream or milk,
and a little pepper, make them into round cakes an inch thick, and fry them in
fresh lard.
