My mother took Rebekah and me here for lunch on Wednesday, in honor of Rebekah's 18th birthday, which is today. Two of the wait staff, singing "Happy Birthday," brought her a piece of dark chocolate chunk cheesecake made with Baileys Irish cream sitting on a dark chocolate crust. It was heavenly! We are also celebrating Old Calendar Christmas today. Christ is Born! Let us glorify Him!
